On November 21st and 22nd, Vesna has been helping Build English Teacher Capacity in the Dominican Republic at the ISFODOSU conference in collaboration with Dominico-Americano's Teacher Development Center.

As a keynote speaker, Vesna held the opening session, "Setting the Scene for Reading and Writing in an EFL Classroom" to ninety university English teachers. The keynote session helped teachers reframe their roles in teaching reading and writing and explore new possibilities in their instruction.
